Job Description:
Our company is seeking a professional, dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns or exchanges

Qualifications:
