Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors to the office, answering and directing phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general administrative support to staff as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
– Provide general administrative support to staff, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
– Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Professional appearance and demeanor
