Your expertise will ensure that our projects are competitively priced, profitable, and executed efficiently.**Responsibilities:**1. **Estimation:** Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial drywall projects.2. **Bid Preparation:** Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids based on project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents.3. **Cost Analysis:** Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards.4. **Vendor and Subcontractor Management:** Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.4. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze project requirements, interpret drawings and specifications, and accurately calculate material and labor costs.5. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
