As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and blueprints to determine scope of work
- Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and equipment
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness
- Track and analyze project costs to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating
- Proficiency in electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, or ConEst
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery
– Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
– Order necessary parts and maintain inventory of supplies
– Work closely with production team to ensure minimal downtime
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
