Position: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and help with customer inquiries, order processing, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
– Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Maintain customer database and update information as needed
– Assist with invoicing and billing processes
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:
