Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key responsibilities include:
– Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Sorting and distributing incoming mail
– Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
– Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
