Job description: Job Description:Staffinity is seeking a Commercial Industrial flat roof salesperson for a large Canadian company. This is a full-time, permanent position with base salary, commission, benefits and vacation. The shift is daytime hours, Monday to Friday and the salary range is 65-80k+ commission, benefits and vacation. A vehicle will be provided.Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial/industrial sector.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the roofing sector
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a strong asset
