• Analyze specification sheets to assist customer with choosing proper product.
• Use material, labor, transportation and other essential cost to calculate responsible dollar quotes for quote requests.
• Logs all quotes and estimates into order entry system or other log.
• Organize and compile quote information into follow up sheets for sales representatives.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our dynamic team in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring efficient distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
– Monitor inventory levels and track product movements
– Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize storage space and minimize waste
– Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
– Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to coordinate product shipments and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
– Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
