condition. The Emergency Restoration Carpenter must possess excellent

1. Assess the extent of damage in structures affected by emergencies and
create a comprehensive plan for restoration and repair.
2. Conduct thorough inspections to identify structural weaknesses, water
damage, shoring requirements, and other potential hazards.
3. Provide accurate cost estimates for repair materials, labor, and
equipment required for restoration projects.
4. Safely clean up and remove debris and hazardous materials from the
affected area before initiating repair work.
5. Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, sheetrock installation, trim
work, flooring installation, cabinetry repair/replacement, and door/window
installation.
6. Repair and rebuild damaged structures, including roofs, walls, floors,
ceilings, and other architectural elements.
7. Install temporary supports, such as shoring or scaffolding, as required
to ensure the stability of damaged structures during restoration work.
8. Work closely with other restoration professionals, including
electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless
coordination and completion of restoration projects.
9. Utilize hand and power tools, ladders, and other necessary equipment
safely and efficiently.
10. Collaborate with project managers to adhere to project timelines,
budgets, and quality standards.
11. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials
