Your day-to-day:

  • Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories
  • Oversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency
  • Celebrate team successes and cultivate a positive culture of excellence
  • Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate department goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success
  • Hire, train and manage collision center associate performance
  • Own providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
  • Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
  • Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work
  • Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companies

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Centre Manager, or experience in a Production Manager or Estimator role and ready to take the next step in your career
  • Post-Secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving history
