Position: Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers
