Job description: As a Construction Manager, you will report to the Project Manager and take charge of the following duties and responsibilities:Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Ensure on-site safety performance aligns with company policies and legislative standards.
Monitor all on-site and off-site constructions to ensure compliance with building regulations and specifications.
Oversee the field execution of subcontractors, reviewing invoice schedules.
Optimize Construction Execution through sequencing and resourcing with subcontractors and direct-perform activities.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and proactively resolve any emerging issues.
Work closely with the project manager to control costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.
Assist in creating construction schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, standards, and budget parameters, and providing weekly reports on schedule adherence.
Collaborate with the project manager to analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Set targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff.
Select tools, materials, and equipment.
Review work progress on a daily basis.
Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on the project.
Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues.
Conduct site visits to inspect work, check materials, and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.Requirements:10+ years of proven experience as a Construction Manager overseeing high-rise concrete construction projects.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, concrete from work, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Demonstrated ability to manage large construction teams and successfully handle subcontracting.
Ability Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Experience in overseeing multi-discipline construction installations.

Competency in conflict resolution and crisis management.
Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
