We are proud to hire and retain aspirational leaders who are driven to achieve great things and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit.Job Summary:Reporting to the Visual Project and Print Production Manager, this individual will be responsible for aligning with the graphic design team, testing creative ideas in various concepts and carrying out the adaptations in the various concepts for the Garage and Dynamite brands. The specialist will also create the installation documents and videos for all printed elements and props. The specialist will keep track of all elements to receive, keep and discard in stores and update appropriate documents. When there are seasonal props in key moments of the year, this person will be responsible for aligning with the creative team on the concept, find suppliers that can produce the props according to the timeline and budget, create distribution lists and launch concept in stores, with support from the manager.Responsibilities:

  • Create store documents for marketing components to keep, for store openings and for sale events;
  • Support the Visual Project and Print Production Manager with special projects, such as but not limited to, new seasonal props development and roll-out, special installations, etc.;
  • Create store surveys and distribution lists for in-store elements;
  • Create all installation documents for in-store execution for both Garage and Dynamite;
  • Validate installations via store visits with graphic designers and/or the Visual Project and Print production Manager;
  • Aligns with Store Design for store openings such as floorplans, concept developments and fixture development;
  • Inserts all printed components in our 3D merchandising platform (IWD).

Qualifications:

  • College degree (DEC)
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience with project coordination.
  • Knowledge of google documents suite (google docs, google slides, google sheet);
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite (InDesign and photoshop) is an asset;
  • Experience with 3D platforms such as Sketch Up, Marvellous, 3DSMax, Substance Painter is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment;
  • Versatile and hands-on personality;
  • Great team player;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Give/receive information on aspects of the work not related to routine tasks. Requires an approach focused on listening and interacting, as well as the ability to express oneself with clarity, conciseness and accuracy;
  • Bilingual (English & French).
  • Creativity required for developing and adapting ideas that improve the products, services, processes, procedures or approaches depending on the market.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Canada

Salary: $15 – $17 per hour

Job Description:
