AECOM is looking for a Project Manager IV to work on a project in San Jose, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, including advisory, planning, design, engineering, and construction management.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

– Organize and schedule appointments
– Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
