Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on flooring department products;
Present and demonstrate the product highlighting its positive features and suggest complementary products;
Support the marketing of products in its department such as: display of merchandise, visual presentation and labelling;
Keep up to date with new products and their functions;
Ensure and participate in the maintenance of his department;
Be aware of current promotions and flyers;
Develop a basic knowledge of all the departments in the store;
If required, operate a forklift, in accordance with the procedures and policies of the organization;

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Providing product information and guidance to customers
– Processing orders and assisting with returns and exchanges
– Tracking customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
– Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:
