Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto.

Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
– Upsell products and services to customers
