Job Description
Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service team and ensure consistent, high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of the customer service team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
– Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
– Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
