Looking for people working in Canada.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of artists and technicians in the creation and optimization of digital assets for use in visual effects projects.Collaborate closely with the production team to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource allocations.Establish and maintain efficient workflows and pipeline processes for asset creation, review, and delivery.Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets.Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions to ensure that assets meet project specifications and client expectations.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to optimize asset production and delivery.Mentor and train junior artists to develop their skills and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve asset production processes continuously and quality standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience (5+ years in a supervisory capacity) working in a senior or supervisory role in the VFX industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in asset creation and management.In-depth knowledge of industry-standard software tools and pipelines for asset creation, such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc.Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Benefitsextended healthcare package plus PTO
