In the role of Branch Manager, you will be a key member of our Roofmart Management Team.Your role will be to manage all aspects of the local retail branch. You will mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team. You will work closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers. The exciting and challenging goal will be to grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.You are different from your peers.
