A typical day in this role might include:

  • Attending Trade Show Events and Open House Events
  • Engaging with customers and communicating key messages for our client’s products and services
  • Reporting back on the fantastic results you achieved that day!
  • Lead generating with potential clients
  • Letting your naturally outgoing and energetic personality shine through while having FUN!
  • Attending weekly meetings on Wednesdays at either 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm
  • ****Owning a vehicle is a mandatory requirement

– Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person
– Configure and install new hardware and software for users
– Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve service desk operations
– Maintain detailed records of all interactions with users and resolution of technical issues
– Assist with training and onboarding new employees on IT systems and protocols
– Stay up to date on industry best practices and technology trends to provide effective support to end users
– Follow company policies and procedures for data security and confidentiality at all times.
