  • At least 3 years of experience in the carpenter in the construction or restoration industry
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
  • Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
