Job description: Requirements:
- We are looking for a lead hand carpenter, who has experience working in new construction and renovations;
- Experience with blueprint reading and interior/exterior envelope detailing is beneficial;
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Framing, finishing, and other misc. carpentry duties are a part of this position;
- Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required;
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
