Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
– Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
– Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
– Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience in sales management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
