Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Maintain filing system, both electronic and paper
– Assist with organizing and coordinating events
– Perform data entry and update records as needed
– Provide general administrative support to team members
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
– Must be a team player and able to work independently
