Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Resolve customer issues or complaints by actively listening, asking pertinent questions, and providing solutions
– Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product recommendations and information
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
