Job description: This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and well reputed GC dedicated to institutional interior renovation and healthcare projects across the GTA. You will have the opportunity to oversee project estimating for multiple projects ranging from $3M to $20M in scope.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in the tender and quantity take off process on multiple estimating projects
  • Deal directly with subtrades in preparation of tender documents
  • Work with the Chief Estimator to close tenders and proposals
  • Manage the transition of the successful project estimating to the project management team for execution
  • All other responsibilities as required
