Job description: Our growing company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager of Restaurant Renovations in organizing our ongoing renovations and capital projects. Your key responsibilities will include:Issue, track, and administer purchase orders.
Schedule, track, and receive deliveries for multiple projects.
Organize and maintain construction inventory.
Manage payroll, expenses, and invoices.
Ensure all project documentation is updated and organized.
Organize meetings and prepare and distribute minutes.
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager for daily site operations.
Develop meaningful relationships with Northland Properties’ extensive network of suppliers.
Support the growth and development of company culture and professionally represent Northland Properties
Performs other duties as required.What are we looking for?Related work experience in construction or a combination of work experience and relevant education (post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or Construction Management)
Experience in hospitality will be an asset
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
High-level organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Detail-oriented, versatile, and flexible, with excellent creative and problem-solving abilities.
