Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos; letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
