Location: 188 King Street, St. Stephen, New BrunswickThis position requires interacting with customers and managing all transactions efficiently and accurately while working with our computerized system.What will you do:

  • Process customer transactions, sales, and refunds through cash registers
  • Operate scanners and credit card/debit card terminals
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
  • Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
  • Maintain front end department merchandise
  • Answer front desk phone and directing calls
  • Assist other departments and functions as required
  • Learn and operate the applicable computer system (D365) used to process orders

What you will bring:

  • Strong mathematical skills and basic computer system knowledge
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Experience as a Retail Cashier is an asset
  • Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing for 4 hours, lift medium size merchandise if required up to 50 lbs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage client relationships by ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
– Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
– Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
– Analyze data and reporting to provide insights and recommendations for client projects
– Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts
– Support sales team with client proposals and presentations as needed
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management
– Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and project management tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media industry is a plus.
