- Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Collaborate with the finance team to manage cost estimates and control expenses
- Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays
- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Enforce and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Identify and address construction-related issues promptly. Develop effective solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles
