Job description: Job Description:Staffinity is seeking a Division Manager – Cladding for a client located in North York. This is a permanent position with base salary, bonus, benefits, and RRSP matching. The salary range is 100,000 – 150,000k+ DOE. The succesful candidate must have advanced knowledge of cladding products to be considered for this position.Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation and timely completion of all Exterior Cladding work in the new construction division.
- Manage all steps of the production process from estimating until the final collection of funds from a customer.
- Grow the volume in the Exterior Cladding division.
- Assist the Operations Manager.
- Ensure that the proper resources are delivered and readily available to the Site Coordinators to facilitate the timely and quality completion of all work.
- Plan for labour requirements and build relationships with new applicators and with current and future customers to ensure that we have the resources to complete all projects on time.
- Problem Solve issues pertaining to the Exterior Cladding department and ensure the proper completion of work issued to the department.
- Conduct meetings with the estimating team.
- Review labour requirements.
- Weekly visits to job sites to build relationships with installers.
- Review outstanding completions lists for each Coordinator and follow up with any outdated completions
- Meet regularly with the Health and Safety Manager to assist with new policies and procedures if required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Production Management experience in either roofing or cladding.
- 5+ years of cladding experience or cladding product knowledge
- 3+ years of people management skills.
- Estimating experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract.
