Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in all aspects of project planning and execution. This includes coordinating project activities, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
– Coordinate project activities and ensure that deadlines are met
– Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and gather necessary information
– Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests
– Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery
– Assist in evaluating project performance and making recommendations for improvements
– Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are of high quality

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
