We would also consider working with someone as a sub-trade.Most of our work is located between Kingston and Windsor, although we do travel a bit further when required.We provide vehicles, tools and materials for use on the job, but you’re welcome to use your own tools if you prefer.Pay will be determined according to experience, but we expect to pay between $20 and $25 per hour. Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
– Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
– Process customer orders and payments
– Maintain customer records and update information in the database
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
