- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and verify cost assumptions.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about current market trends, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate estimates.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports and estimates to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for proposed costs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal team members and external partners, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Estimator Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects, demonstrating proficiency in cost analysis and bid preparation.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a deep understanding of construction processes and cost factors. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Estimator Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience.
