• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ICI projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project costs.
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of pricing, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Provide input during the bidding and negotiation process to secure contracts.
• Stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and innovations to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

• 3+ years of experience in estimating within the ICI construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes in the ICI sector.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel).
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
