If you possess the skills and abilities to bid on new projects and you are experienced in ICI construction, then they want to speak with you!As an Estimator, you will work within our team to achieve our business objectives with the following responsibilities:– Monitor the market to identify new tender opportunities– Attend site meetings for new tenders– Review tender documents and specifications– Perform quantity take offs– Obtain quotations from sub-trades– Utilize Bid 2 Win to calculate unit costs– Obtain bonding documents– Prepare preliminary construction schedules– Negotiate subcontractor agreements and terms– Provide project details on successfully bid projects to the operations teamAs we expand within our industry, we encourage the ambitions of our team members.
