  • Estimate for engineering projects of various sizes in the industrial sector;
  • Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment and contracting for projects of modernization and construction;
  • Perform productivity analysis, indexing and contingencies for estimated;
  • Prepare reports and cost estimates for the duration of the project;
  • Maintain directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors;
  • Make qualitative and quantitative conclusions.
  • Develop and maintain the database of costs and pricing.

Our essentials

  • University or technical degree in a relevant discipline or any combination of experience and training equivalent;
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in the sector of heavy industry and construction;
  • Mastering English Spoken and Written;
  • Advanced Knowledge of specialized software;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Good work organization;
  • Concerned about the quality of work;
  • Professionalism;
  • Good ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a context of multiple tasks.
