They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Estimator to join their dynamic team in Stratford, Ontario.What You’ll Do:– Prepare accurate estimates for various products and projects.
– Analyze product specifications, drawings, and other documentation to calculate costs.
– Collaborate with project managers and production to ensure estimates align with project goals.
– Maintain and update the estimating database and tools.
– Participate in project meetings and provide support in bid preparation.
– Conduct market research to stay informed on pricing trends and competitor offerings.
– Produce 2D CAD drawings as per customer specifications.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree with experience in Building Products, Windows and Doors, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
– At least 2 years’ experience managing approximately 20 quotes/estimates per day.
– Previous experience in estimating using AutoCAD required.
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in estimating software and tools.

Job Description:
As a Staff Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting functions including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist with year-end audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
