  • Coursework and/or training and experience in finance, business/office administration, procurement or related field, preferably in a YG setting
  • Experience with facilities operations and maintenance would be an asset

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Suitability:
Candidates should have and may be assessed on following;We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a strong administrative support background. You must have excellent people skills and be able to work cooperatively with all of the Department of Justice staff as well as contractors, movers, and other YG staff. This position does not sit still for long and is often on the move going to our various locations to help problem solve to meet the needs of the Department’s diverse operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and be able to take direction daily to meet multiple requests, often with competing priorities.
