Required Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the flooring industry.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various tools and equipment necessary for floor installation and repair.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation certification is an asset.
