We are currently looking for Painters for 2023!(HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WELCOME!)At Bayside Painters we produce interior and exterior painting/staining projects to local residents and commercial spaces. Our team is filled with a great group of individuals that create an amazing culture to work in. The job starts in May and goes until the end of August. It is a full-time position (40-45 hours/week), five days a week (Monday-Friday).Location
You are never at a fixed location; sites vary from day to day ranging from Owensound to the Blue Mountains.Work Experience
No previous painting experience is required. We train painters to be precise and hardworking. You gain all the fundamentals needed to complete both interior and exterior paint jobs from start to finish.Compensation
Pay ranges from $20-$24/hr and if you are hired as a crew manager you have the opportunity to make commission from every job on top of your hourly rate. This job is also piece work, meaning you get paid per job (e.g. – you make $20/hr and it’s a 4-hour budget, but you complete it in 2 hours you would make $40/hr)Benefits
