Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery in our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment
– Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of equipment
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
– Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
– Participate in facility improvement projects as needed
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
