Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with various sales activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, managing customer records, and coordinating sales activities
– Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers
– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
– Assist with various sales activities, including lead generation, customer follow-up, and sales presentations
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
– Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
