Preference may be given to those with previous grant management experience.The Work You Will Do: This position’s duties include managing VOCA grants, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Completes special projects and assignments as directed.
  • Reviews grant applications to ensure compliance with the grant program.
  • Conducting desk audits and reviews for program compliance and preparing reports of findings and corrective action needed.
  • Reviewing and recommending approval for change requests and invoices submitted by subgrantees.
  • Providing technical assistance to subgrantees on program requirements.
  • Monitoring budgets, expenditures, and reporting requirements of subgrantees.
  • Assisting in the implementation of grants management, including budget, expenditure, reporting and correspondence requirements of the grant program.
  • Preparing periodic progress and evaluation reports on grant activities.
  • Related duties as required.
