• Renovations and Repairs: Undertake renovations, repairs, and tenant improvements for a diverse range of commercial clients including but not limited to essential service sectors such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations, as well as banks, restaurants, and retail spaces.
• Light Framing and Drywall Repairs: Perform light framing tasks and repair drywalls to ensure the structural integrity of buildings.
• Painting: Carry out painting tasks, delivering a neat and professional finish.
• Flooring Installation: Install various types of flooring with precision and expertise.
• T-bar Ceiling and Door/Window Installations: Expertly install T-bar ceilings and undertake door and window installations to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of spaces.
• Carpentry: Conduct light millwork and carpentry repairs, showcasing a high level of craftsmanship.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in renovations and tenant improvements.
