We are currently recruiting for experienced maintenance attendant for a one year fixed term contract.Here is What You Will Be DoingPerform work assigned as discussed and in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to:

• Plumbing repair/replacement of water fountains, leaky faucets, toilets.
• Repair/replacement ceiling tiles, parking lot holes, minor concrete repair, chairs desks.
• Painting and patching of walls, ceilings and trim
• Repair/replacement of building elements (i.e.: caulking tiles and plumbing fixtures, latches and knobs, clearing roof drains.
• Other cleaning duties as needed such as window washing.

Are you Qualified?We are searching for associates possessing the following attributes:

• Reliable with a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent English language communication skills
• Someone who enjoys fixing and maintaining building components in a proficient manner
• Possess computer skills
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent

Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting sales and special offers, as well as up-selling customers on new products. This role will require exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
