Job description: GCBS Group is a fast expanding building services company who is looking to hire a full-time handyman to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the Durham Region.This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and environment.Please note that our shop/office is based in Whitby so looking for people able to commute.Working at Heights Training REQUIREDDuties could include:

• General building repairs.
• Painting.
• Drywall Repair.
• VCT tile repairs and replacement.
• Ceramic tile replacement.
• Ceiling tile replacement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as a general handyman.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail.
• Own your own tools.
• Working at Heights training is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
