Job Requirements

• Skill areas in at least three (3) of the following:

• General Carpentry – Rough and Finish
• Light electrical fixture and smart home devices installation
• Light plumbing (faucet change, cartridge repair, drain leak fix)
• Painting Interior and Exterior
• Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
• Flooring Repair and Installation
• Deck and fence repair and re-surfacing
• Gutter cleaning and repair
• Siding repair
• Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• Problem solving skills, able to evaluate different options and discuss with customers
• Able to price jobs (labour and material) efficiently and quickly
• Great customer service and client relations
• Knowledge of building codes
• Material management
• Must have current driver’s license and insurance
• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
• Must pass screening process which includes a background check
• Screened candidates will be asked to do a pricing exercise on standard recurring jobs.
• Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp (WSIB)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
– Develop and implement strategies for expanding business with current clients
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling

Requirements:
