Job Requirements
- Skill areas in at least three (3) of the following:
- General Carpentry – Rough and Finish
- Light electrical fixture and smart home devices installation
- Light plumbing (faucet change, cartridge repair, drain leak fix)
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Deck and fence repair and re-surfacing
- Gutter cleaning and repair
- Siding repair
- Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
- Problem solving skills, able to evaluate different options and discuss with customers
- Able to price jobs (labour and material) efficiently and quickly
- Great customer service and client relations
- Knowledge of building codes
- Material management
- Must have current driver’s license and insurance
- Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
- Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Must pass screening process which includes a background check
- Screened candidates will be asked to do a pricing exercise on standard recurring jobs.
- Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp (WSIB)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
