Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders and payments accurately
