Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
